CRM and Advertisement Management System

CHALLENGE

Axel Springer SE is Europe’s leading digital publisher. The digital media channels  contribute nearly three quarters of total revenues today. For BILD and Welt (later on all fields of media) a new Advertisement System had to be integrated to the existing Solution landscape.

RESULT

Aurea-Update was evaluated as right Systems to support the Advertisement processes. Mr. Klaming was responsible for the program management of the whole CRM program including integration with SAP IS/MAM. He was managing evaluations, contracts, project plans, CRM Architectures and process results for BILD, Die Welt, Hamburger Abendblatt and Axel Springer Zeitschriften.
