Sonnenkraft is one of the fastest growing retail companies for solar heating and cooling solutions. The business and digital processes were not prepared to cover the future challenges. Beside the lack in processes there was a gap in
digitalisation strategy and support for successful evaluation and implementation of digital initiatives. Further there was a lack in the definition and digital support of Customer processes.
